Liberal political commentator Rob Silver mentions rabble.ca twice on CBC Power & Politics

Sean Devlin and Shireen Soofi, with the help of Brigette DePape managed to disrupt a Stephen Harper Q&A in Vancover. They were protesting pipelines.

Sean Devlin and Brigette DePape later appeared CBC Power & Politics to discuss the protest.

Later on the Power Panel segment Liberal political commentator Rob Silver said those two do nothing to get the anti-pipeline message across, that they hurt the cause not help.

He also said, not once but twice, that their message only appeals to people who read rabble.ca daily.

Spammy NDP e-mails

I'm noticing a disturbing trend from the federal and BC NDP lately of really spammy looking e-mail subject headers. It's just getting from bad to worse... (continued next post)

Racist poster alert

I know it is Christmas. I spent part of it with my cousin who is Indigenous, a university student who also works, and who doesn't carjack...

I am deeply offended and hurt by the presence of a racist poster who generalizes on the basis of what appears to be a crime that may have been committed by Indigenous people.

A certain Rizzuto, who led a life of crime, was of the same ethnicity as part of my family. I never murdered or swindled anyone, and am not about to do it now.

Uniting the Progressive Voters

There has been alot of talk about the LIbs/NDP/Greens joining forces to ensure that this is the Cons last term in office.  The progresives keep splitting the vote which allows a majority government to be formed with less than 40% of the popular vote.  We should stop this from occurring. An article from the LibDemo Movement is interesting... might be an alternative.
